This weekend sees the inaugural outing for Sarah
Bennett-Baggs in her 'pink panther' style 1978 Porsche 911 SC, in the
Porsche Club Championship for two races at Donington Park on Easter
Monday.
Sarah has teamed up with Adrian Flux
Insurance Services, the UK's largest specialist motor insurance
provider, to support her inaugural Porsche racing season. As Team
manager of Porsche team 'Rupert Lewin Racing' Sarah is a familiar face
in the Porsche paddock and will be the only girl on the grid in this
highly competitive series in her conspicuously painted Pink Porsche.
'I am really looking forward to the season,
despite only having driven the car twice so far," says Sarah. "It
has been a huge learning curve, having been used to driving much
more modern and more powerful saloon cars, but I am up for the
challenge and looking forward to seeing what we can achieve.'
