IMPRESSIVE RECORD OF TITLES FOR SODI AT 2010 FRENCH CHAMPIONSHIPS!

Weather remained dry in Laval throughout the final round of the French Championships/GPO, though the Sodi Racing Team found itself under a rain of titles, victories and podiums during All Saints' weekend. This "one-man show" by Sodi chassis reached its peak with the Constructors' "Champion of Champions" title, the French Constructors' title in KF3 and KZ2 and the triumphs by Anthony Abbasse in KZ2 and Pierre Gasly in KF3, who were crowned French champions in two of the three major categories of international karting. Five of the seven titles at stake: really an exceptional final result!

Was it a ST32 Sodi chassis needed to win in Laval ? This was the question that must have crossed the minds of the many spectators present on the packed stands of the Laval circuit. In all the categories, the French brand took all the opportunities available, both with its official team and with the private structures that support it. In the majority of cases, the finals and the best lap times ended up in the hands of drivers racing on Sodi chassis. On some podiums, you could only see the suits with the colours of the French constructor, an impressive achievement at the end of the season, both on French and international circuits.

In KZ2, Anthony Abbasse became the new French champion of the category. He already had a solid advantage in the general standings after the Ostricourt round, but he also wanted to conclude the season in style. "I really wanted to finish with another victory. And I made it, because I won the final on Saturday, and then also on Sunday", Anthony commented. "I was particularly pleased with Sunday's victory, because I was only 6th on the start grid. My kart was simply perfect and I was able to pass all my rivals". With Pierre Ragues' second place, which secured Sodi double success in the Championship, and Charles Fiault's third place, an extraordinary hat trick of successes came to reward the hard efforts made by all the members of the Sodi team. "I usually race in KZ125 and Endurance and I am very happy I made it to the podium in the GPO series", Fiault added, who also brilliantly conquered a second place on Saturday.

Sodi drivers in the KF2 category also made sparks fly at the conclusion of the French Championship! Highly motivated after his extraordinary victory in Ostricourt, Alexandre Baron showed another outstanding performance and went to conquer the third place in the French championship, then climbed to the second place of the last final of 2010, right behind the winner. On the podium, he found Californian Andrick Zeen, still surprised by all the progress he has made this season thanks to Sodi Racing Team's advice.

In KF3, Sodi chassis have remained almost unbeaten throughout the season with an historic "9 victories in 10 races"! Magnificent on Saturday, Léo Roussel also won one final, while Pierre Gasly and Monegasque Charles Leclerc completed the 100% Sodi podium. After securing the title of 2010 French champion, Gasly fittingly celebrated his success with a victory on Sunday, preceding young team mate Leclerc, who finished 2nd in the Championship, with Roussel taking the final fourth place.

"After all this major successes achieved by Sodi, I would like to congratulate all the people who contributed to them, from the staff working in the factory to the members of the teams who race with our colours. I really wanted to provide private teams with winning chassis and Léo Roussel's victory in KF3 with the Ludo Racing team proves that we have achieved our goal, just like Pierre Ragues' success in KZ2 with the Racing Services team in Ostricourt. Cooperation with our engine tuners - Parilla and Iame in KF and Tec-Sav in KZ - has always been effective and constructive. We have achieved a double success in the French Championship with Gasly and Leclerc in KF3, as well as with Abbasse and Ragues in KZ2, two categories where we also conquered the Constructors' title. We are also very satisfied with the results achieved at the "Minimes-Cadets" French Cups with Jérémy Demarque's victory in Minime and Paolo Besancenez's second place in Cadet with our MC5 Sodi", Sodi Racing Team's happy team manager commented on the spot. Gildas Mérian, CEO of Sodikart, who was also in Laval, added a few remarks.

"The whole Sodi range will adopt that technology for 2011 season. It is a world exclusive. And as you have seen, the first results are already fantastic... I am sure that Sodi "TTT" chassis will be the centre of attention next year and will lead Sodi to victory all over the world. See you back in 2011!"

MONACO: PRINCELY VICTORY AND THREE PODIUMS FOR SODI

After Anthony Abbasse's victory in KZ2 last year, this time Sodi conquered the CIK-FIA Monaco Kart Cup 2010 in KF3 thanks to the local kid, talented Charles Leclerc! In this same category, Pierre Gasly climbed on the third step of the podium after a great  recovery in the final, while Abbasse, after fighting for leadership in KZ2, ended the race, which was disrupted by rain, in 3rd. It was therefore an extraordinary overall performance that the Sodi Racing Team staged on the demanding track of the Principality, at this very challenging meeting.

Just like in F1, you don't count your chickens before they're hatched in Monaco. First of all, the level of drivers gets higher year after year, and in addition to that, the layout of this circuit inside the city - so narrow - causes quite a few collisions. This year, the rain made its appearance during the final phases, thereby making the job of drivers and teams even more complicated. Despite these difficult conditions, the Sodi team showed some excellent performances throughout the weekend, with all its three drivers in the lead in all races...

Once again, Anthony Abbasse monopolised the leadership in KZ2, with performances that grew more and more effective during the meeting. 3rd in timed qualifying, he was second in each of the qualifying heats and then first in the pre-final, when the race was interrupted due to heavy showers. During the final race, drivers had to play heads or tails with their rain tyres on a drying track. Anthony was third, but soon climbed to second. However, he lost ground in the final phases because his setup proved to be the least suitable during the final part of the race. He concluded with a third place he was very happy with, given the difficulty of the race. «It was like being in a Casino here in Monaco, this year», the driver explained. «On the dry track, we had no rivals, but on track conditions like the ones we found in the final - they kept changing - the grip was too precarious to find the right setup before the start. In addition to that, there was no room for mistakes and the imperative was to avoid collisions. This third place is another great reward for Sodi!"

Battle was even more intense in KF3, where drivers discovering the track for the first time and coming to contact with Tec-Pro were more numerous than usual. The three talented boys of the Sodi team (Gasly, Leclerc and Roussel) started the race at best, with an extraordinary hat trick during timed qualifying! After some turbulent heats, especially for Pierre Gasly and Charles Leclerc, the Sodi boys got ready for the real battle in the final phases ... in a spectacular manner.

The two leading drivers of SRT went back on their feet in the pre-final thanks to their extraordinarily effective Sodi chassis, with a fantastic recovery from 28th to 7th staged by the Monegasque driver Leclerc. A taste of some excellent results to come...! Charles kept his momentum in the final, on a track with precarious grip, and there he was, in the lead, just when he reached the first third of the race. Instead of securing his place, he continued to attack until he saw the chequered flag and won with almost 8 seconds of advantage, to show that he is the dominator in his homeland. Fantastic! Meanwhile, Pierre staged a spectacular recovery from his 11th place and little by little he reached all his rivals with some textbook passes, something not seen very often in Monaco. This 'pro' strategy led him up to the third place, just to find his team mate on the podium and to reaffirm again the increasingly evident superiority of French chassis...

"It was not an all rest weekend», confessed Nicola de Cola, the team principal. «The team had not really the time to look around, but drivers now have so much confidence in their karts that they can do their best on track and achieve remarkable results. The overall result is extremely satisfactory and very encouraging for the future, too..."

EXTRAORDINARY HAT TRICK FOR SODI AT OSTRICOURT GPO!

Three victories in the finals and as many in pre-finals, from KZ2 to KF3 as well as KF2: this was the fantastic result achieved by Sodi Racing Team at the Ostricourt French Championship. Overall, this means that at least 4 finals, 5 pre-finals and 4 pole positions - not to mention all the best lap times in race - came to reward all the efforts made by technicians and drivers during the GPO meeting held in northern France. Congratulations to winners Pierre Ragues, Alex Baron(right) and Pierre Gasly as well as to the whole team for their hard work

However, the Ostricourt meeting was not all rest for drivers. On the contrary, the Ostricourt track was repeatedly washed by rain during this fourth GPO of the season and conditions kept changing due to Fall's sudden showers.

Unlike what happens usually, the leader and most battle-hardened driver of the Team, Anthony Abbasse (KZ2), had a series of problems in each of his races, so much so that he was forced to a few of the exciting catch-up races that are his trademark. With his 2nd and 4th place, however, Anthony scored many points and remains solidly in the lead of the French KZ2 Championship, now that the last meeting of Laval, at the end of October, is approaching.
And when it is not Anthony's Sodi that dominates KZ2, it is Pierre Ragues' kart that makes sparks fly. He was unbeatable this weekend: he only conceded a fourth best time in timed qualifying on Saturday, just in time to warm up and walk off with the whole jackpot on Sunday night.
Regardless of whether the track was dry, wet or both, none of his opponents, even the most brilliant, could dislodge the Norman driver and his ST32BV from the first place during the whole meeting.

A success that marks a milestone for this elegant and smiling champion, recent winner in the famous «Le Mans Series» (car racing) and now second in the French KZ2 Championship.

KF3 drivers had not an easy task either, since in addition to changing weather conditions,  they had to put up with early wear of rain tyres, after their heavy use during the competition.

Though Charles Leclerc was often very fast, it was Pierre Gasly who had the final word.

He followed a cautious approach on Saturday because his main concern was to manage his advantage in the Championship, but then he went for victory in the last final after being constantly on the attack. Léo Roussel, who brilliantly concluded the World Cup, climbed on the third step of the podium after a complicated debut in the meeting. Just like their team mates in KZ, Pierre and Charles occupy the first two places of KF3 provisional standings!

Finally, Alex Baron was the protagonist of a real show in KF2, on Sunday, both in dry and wet weather conditions. He put timed qualifying, pre-final and final straight in his pocket, with a long series of best lap times in race that discouraged his rivals. Like an experienced showman, Alex made a little excursion off track just when he was comfortably in the lead, during the final, and then caught up and passed without the slightest trouble the driver who had taken advantage of the situation, as if to demonstrate that Sodi chassis are really impossible to beat, in any circumstance. His American team mate Andrick Zeen achieved his best result of the season with an extraordinary 6th place conquered after a superb catch-up, with performances in timed qualifying that could only rival with those of Alex. Terrific!

After performances like these, which only confirmed the extraordinary effectiveness of Sodi chassis in all weather conditions - rain, dry, etc., the end of season promises to be brighter for the Sodi Racing Team!

RTKF-SODI TEAM TRIUMPHS AT LE MANS

For the second year in a row, SODI chassis won the 24 HOURS OF LE MANS, the most prestigious karting endurance race in the world!

With the participation of several prestigious teams and some of the best drivers in the world, the longest and most difficult event on the karting calendar witnessed once again the triumph of an extraordinary team, RTKF-SODI, led by Claude Jamin, on the Alain Prost circuit. Driven with great ability by the quartet of drivers «Abbasse-Lecarpentier-Poulain-Fiault», the SODI chassis proved again its exceptional capacity to remain reliable and effective on such a long distance.

When the chequered flag was waived, the whole team exploded with joy after a new success at this 25th edition of the 24 Hours. Claude Jamin, «boss» of the team, found it hard to conceal his excitement, but took the time to analyse the performances of the No. 1 kart he is in charge with. "It is a great satisfaction for RTKF, for which I would also like to thank the Sodikart Group. Their know-how and the quality of their products gave us incomparable help. While many teams had to face numerous problems, we ran a clean and fast race. Kart components such as the rear shaft, the suspensions or the steering column are under heavy stress during the 24 hours, but they held on just fine. The same can be said about the tubing. I am also proud to announce that the winning chassis here at Le Mans will be used again at the end of the Euro Endurance Series 2010".

The Sodi/Reedster went like a clock from the beginning to the end of the race. Always in the lead group during the first hours, the RTKF-SODI Team took as few risks as possible, before they inexorably shifted to higher gear and build a solid advantage lap after lap. At mid-race they already had a 9-lap lead over their nearest challenger. And on Sunday, at 3 p.m., Anthony Abbasse crossed the finish line with a 12-lap lead, with RTKF-SODI kart no. 72 driven by the American Andrick Zeen on his side.

"It was a tribute I wanted to pay to Sodi", Claude Jamin continued. "The kart that won in 2009 was side by side to the one that has triumphed this year and the two karts where driven by the two Sodi official drivers who are with us".  5,80 seconds to resupply (change of driver, refuelling, greasing of the chain and check of safety elements) and 1'10" to change the engine, the brake pads and the tyres: this gives an idea of the hard preparation work made by RTKF together with Sodikart. This second victory in a row for Sodi ST32 did not come by accident for a brand that continues to win on all fronts, from Mini-Kart to KZ1, from speed to endurance races!
Thanks to this new success, the RTKF-SODI Team has already secured the Euro Endurance Series title for itself. "Sodi gives us performances and reliability, so our goal is to win all major endurance races in the World. Grand slam in sight!" Claude Jamin concluded, exhausted but happy.

NEW "RAID" BY SODI AT FRENCH CHAMPIONSHIPS 2010!

With six podiums, including four victories by four different drivers (!), Sodi was the highest profile brand seen in Lyon, at the third GPO meeting. In blazing hot temperatures, the French chassis reached a very high level of effectiveness, both in KF and in KZ. Now that the season has passed the halfway mark, Anthony Abbasse (KZ2) and Pierre Gasly (KF3) are riding high at the top of their respective French Championships, with Pierre Ragues and Charles Leclerc (also on Sodi), chasing after them. The same holds true for the Constructors' Championship, dominated by Sodi in these two categories.

By combining high performances on short runs, to conquer a pole position, and reliability during the full length of a final, ST30 and ST32 Sodi chassis allowed their drivers to achieve excellent results on the Lyon track, which offered ideal grip conditions, especially in this summer period. "I have not been racing for Sodi for long but I am already benefiting of the advantages", Monegasque driver Charles Leclerc, who won Saturday's KF3 final, pointed out. "I like how the chassis behaves, it really makes the driver feel confident. In two GPOs with Sodi, I have already made the top step of the podium twice and I am back to second place in the Championship standings. It is a great satisfaction, especially because it is my team mate Pierre Gasly, more experienced than I am, who precedes me".

Indeed, Gasly is still the master of this category in the GPOs. After conquering the title of Vice European Champion in KF3, he secured a double success Sodi-Parilla on the first day, and then he shifted to higher gear on Sunday, when he won the final with a comfortable advantage of almost three seconds...

The Sodi brand also achieved an extraordinary collective success in KZ2, with three chassis in the first four places on Saturday, then three chassis in the first five the following day. The names of the drivers who crafted the two victories are Anthony Abbasse and Pierre Ragues, who now shares his time between karts and cars. "If I continue with karting, it is because it gives me huge pleasure. And this is more so with my Sodi chassis, which is incredibly effective. I am very happy it enabled me to find my way to victory again in such a competitive series as karting GPOs", Pierre stressed.

On Sunday, Anthony Abbasse never left the first place, during warm-up, timed qualifying, pre-final and final, each time with best lap time in race. Anthony was over the moon: "I was already satisfied I had found my way up from 23rd to 4th place on the first day after a collision during the pre-final. The following day, my Sodi-TM was constantly just as fast. The chassis kept high performances from the first to the last lap, while preserving tyres in very good state".

The last comment comes from Nicola De Cola, the team manager of Sodi Racing Team: "I hope I can have more weekends like this in the future! July was overall an excellent month. The Sodi brand was not only successful at international level with the European vice champion title and Alex Baron's performances in the U18 World Championship, but also in all the regions and at national level with, for example, the title of French Champion "Minime" conquered by Jérémy Demarque with a MCS 5 Sodi, exactly one week before Lyon".

SODI: VICE EUROPEAN CHAMPION IN KF3!

The European Championship is an intense, challenging event that gathers the best European drivers, who are determined to do just about anything to win the title. In this highly competitive environment full of pitfalls, Sodi achieved a fantastic result with Pierre Gasly, who was crowned Runner-up European Champion in KF3, at the end of a final with events that tested his team’s nerves.

Already during the first practice sessions, Pierre's times confirmed the excellent state of form of the driver and his equipment. The excellent job made by the Sodi Racing Team to find the right adjustments, as well as a busy race calendar, which included the WSK Euro Series and the GPO, allowed the team to reach maturity in time for the first major rendezvous of the season. «Pierre came very close to the pole, but was hampered during the last lap in timed qualifying and had to content himself with a 4th time not up to our expectations» Nicola De Cola, the Team Manager, explained.

During the four heats, he kept a level of performances worthy of a real leader of the category (twice best lap time in race), Pierre was penalised by 10" in one heat for a very questionable early start, which pushed him back to 13th place in the provisional general standings. A result that was far from reflecting his real level of performances and pushed the whole team to work twice as hard to prepare for the final phases.

«Frankly, we have the perfect kart to win» Nicola confessed before the start. «IAME supplied us with top engines and our chassis is certainly the best on the market. As for the driver, he has all my confidence. I simply hope that all races are fair, that's all».

In a pre-final, where the assigned goal was first of all caution and a return to top places, Pierre did his job, conquered 8 places and was ideally placed in 5th before the final showdown!

Very ready at the start, Sodi's official driver reached 3rd place immediately at the first turn. Unfortunately several drivers cut the track in the middle of the red and white area and pushed him out of trajectory...6 places back. Evidently the story changed and podium hopes seemed to be gone... but..., but kart n° 120 started to «fly» and to gain ground at very high speed on his rivals, overtaking them one by one. The Gasly/Sodi team was irresistible, with an amazing performance! 3rd when the line of arrival was in sight, Pierre tried to conquer the second place on the finish line to offer Sodi the title of Vice European Champion. A true masterpiece...

«Given the circumstances, we are very happy anyway. Pierre did a great job, nothing to say about that, well done. And he was not the only one, the team was virtually perfect. With the time lost (unfairly, I must say) at the beginning of the race, it was impossible to try and go after the leader, but without that...the title was definitely within our reach! It's a pity that some drivers distorted the race with impunity by crossing the track and pushing everybody around. For me, this is not what competition is about, it's a behaviour that distorts everything...»

Thanks to its remarkable performances, now the Sodi Racing Team is planning the rest of the season with greater determination: French Championship and World Cup are already on the horizon for Pierre and his team mates...who will not be idle this summer, no doubt about that!

EXCEPTIONAL PERFORMANCES FOR SODI AT ANGERVILLE GPO!

The second meeting of the 2010 French Championship, held last weekend in Angerville, brought  satisfaction to the Sodi Racing Team. The Sodi chassis won in all the categories, further strengthening their domination of KF3 and KZ2 with drivers Pierre Gasly and Anthony Abbasse in the lead, while Alex Baron put in a brilliant performances in KF2. The hard work done by the whole team since the beginning of the season is showing in the results,, so much so that the team manager, usually very reserved, went so far as to show traces of euphoria in his analysis.

“I am really happy”, Nicola De Cola confessed without needing coaxing, at the end of the weekend. “In KF3, we have reached our cruise speed as far as equipment is concerned. Pierre Gasly has done his job perfectly and now we can win some time with Charles Leclerc's arrival in our team: he is a very good recruit and can go a long way. The two drivers have already been capable of doing a team's race and when Pierre had an engine problem in the final, on Sunday, Charles was ready to secure victory alone”.

Pierre Gasly accomplished his mission perfectly by topping timed qualifying,pre-final and final on Saturday, while Charles Leclerc was getting familiar with his new kart in the race. Léo Roussel – was as always very effective from the Ludo Racing Team, allowing Sodi to achieve a hat trick in the final, outclassing the competition on track. The three drivers repeated their performance the following day, in both timed qualifying and in the pre-final. Gasly had started out along the same path in the final, but his engine failed, leaving Leclerc, who was on the look-out for the chance to climb on to the third step of the podium. In the Championship, Gasly increased his advantage in the French Championship ahead of Léo Roussel and Charles Leclerc! Three Sodi Drivers!

“We did not expect this superiority in KZ2” SRT team manager continued. “Anthony Abbasse showed some exceptional performances. He is really a very good driver, in excellent form both physically and mentally. Just like our equipment, he is totally ready; I confess that in these conditions, our ambitions largely exceed the GPO frame”.

Abbasse won everything in the two days of racing with an impressive show of domination. Winner of the two pre-finals as well as of the two finals, he did his job to perfection! Modest as usual, he praised the qualities of his Sodi ST32 BV chassis (... and with reason, given the equally remarkable performances by Pierre Ragues as soon as came out of his Aston Martin after the 24 Hours of Le Mans) and the effectiveness of his team. Anthony dominates the standings of the KZ2 Championship with 4 victories in 4 races...

As for KF2, results they werer equally convincing. “Alex Baron's talent and the qualities of our 2010 chassis demonstrated that now we are on it in every category, while we knew that we were still a bit limited in terms of motorisation in the KF2 category, where level is very high. But we made some important progress with Iame and this is just the beginning. Alex knows how to be patient and we are on the right track on the eve of major events”, Nicola De Cola concluded.

Pole man, winner of the pre-final and second in Saturday's final, Baron progressed well over the weekend and now is closing in on the Championship leaders.

Confidence is now high after the latest wins with the Sodi chassis in all the categories (in France and abroad)

Four victories for Sodi at French Championship/GPO

Sodi chassis left their clear mark on the opening of the French Championship, at the first GPO of 2010, held this weekend in Varennes-sur-Allier. The team reaped success both in KZ2 with Anthony Abbasse and in KF3 with Pierre Gasly: Sodi drivers monopolized the highest step of the podium four times during the event, so now the French constructor is comfortably in the lead of the race to the national title in both categories.

Well-trained after a busy season debut at international level (WSK Euro Series and European CIK Championships), the Sodi Racing Team can go through the rest of the season in full confidence, feeling perfectly at ease thanks to the ST30 and ST32 chassis that made an impression in Varennes and confirmed their excellent performances in many national and international categories since the beginning of the year.

Faced with fierce competition at this first meeting of the French Championship, all Sodi drivers proved they were ready to battle...

Anthony Abbasse was quick to move to action in KZ2 and started by setting the best time in timed qualifying on Saturday morning, and then he won the final race in the afternoon without striking a blow. The following day, Anthony did not miss the target and achieved double success with pre-final plus final, taking advantage of his technical superiority to devise a winning strategy. «I was able to manage my races according to the strategy defined together with the team, in order to take advantage of suction at the right time while preserving the engine. We did not have a single problem and I really enjoyed myself at the wheel: it was great!» the driver confessed after arrival.

He is already solidly in the lead of the French KZ2 Championship, with a highly competitive chassis than can make a difference with a view to forthcoming international events, in particular the European Championship, due to be held in a few weeks' time on this same track of Varennes. And what is more, as many as five drivers on their ST32 BV were in the top ten in the final race, proving once again the extreme effectiveness of Sodi 2010 chassis!

Pierre Gasly knew perfectly well how to add the finishing touches to his Sodi/Parilla in KF3 to conquer the first final of the year, on Saturday. The following day, everything was in good order again and results came without difficulty: timed qualifying, pre-final and final. He won it all! Pierre commented: "It is always a pleasure when you climb on the first step of the podium! I am totally satisfied with my equipment, which is really the best in the category. With this result, I cannot but be fully confident about the rest of the season and I am already looking forward to battling again at next international events".

In the same category, performances shown by Enzo Marchetti and Léo Roussel, 3rd and 4th respectively in the provisional standings of the Championship, were the icing on the cake after the superb victories by Gasly and Sodi's domination.

With some major events looming on the horizon, in particular the European KZ2 Championships - also to be held in Varennes - then KF2 and KF3 in Genk (Belgium), no doubt that the «pilotes Sodi» will be ready for hard battle again very soon. The other drivers are warned...

SODI’s unstoppable momentum

Anthony Abbasse's Sodi chassis literally dominated KZ1 in Lonato, at the second meeting of the WSK Euro Series. From practice sessions to the final race, Sodi gave its top driver the best possible package. With a Sodi BV chassis perfectly adapted to every track condition and a TM engine at the top, Anthony was able to focus exclusively on his race performance and could show his extraordinary talent as a driver. A great victory for Sodi at the presence of the elite of international karting.

As soon as he got off the podium, Anthony Abbasse commented his result: "Tec-Sav gives us an incomparable peace of mind as far as engines are concerned. I have no longer to worry about the weather, the track ... the mechanics is always fit. And Sodi chassis 2010 are so effective that we only need to make a few standard adjustments based on track conditions. After that, I just do my job as a driver! Easy, isn't it?!"

Anthony, what a driver! As one of the journalists at the press conference rightly pointed out, we often forget that in France we have, unquestionably, the equivalent of a Thonon or a Lammers. Indeed, it was against the current greatest champions that Abbasse conquered another victory. And when a champion of his calibre can always rely on the flawless quality of his equipment, he definitely fears no rivals... A result that confirms the excellent behaviour of the whole range of chassis in 2010, both on the international scene and at all regional and national events of this season debut.

Nicola de Cola, SRT team manager, only commented the victory of his driver with a big happy smile... At the end of the race, his most prestigious rivals acknowledged Anthony's performance, sometimes with colourful expressions: "Antho had simply a heck of a kart ... impossible to follow it in the winding parts..."

Small Recipe for a Perfect Weekend: a super kart, some easy adjustments, a very good driver, a first place in timed qualifying, as well as in the pre-final and final ... it all seems very easy... Anthony is now third in the KZ1 standings of the WSK Euro Series and can already dream about other victories, considering how impressive his quiet force was this weekend.

In the other categories, the wonderful performances by Véve SRT in KF3 confirmed the excellence of the equipment used, with the two Sodi ST 32 driven by Amaury Rossero and Léo Roussel respectively 1st and 2nd in timed qualifying! A great result, confirmed during the heats by the verve shown by Roussel and Marchetti. Ludovic Vève is rightly satisfied: "The equipment worked wonderfully, the chassis are at the top, no doubt about it. My drivers are still very young, they have to build up some experience...".

As for Pierre Gasly (KF3), despite his great time results, a small problem in timed qualifying prevented him from expressing his usual talent. Match Postponed.

In KF2, experienced Sébastien Bailly and his young team mate Alexandre Baron (who already has the same level of performance as his leader) cannot be blamed for much; the same can be said about Andrick Zeen, who is making excellent progress: indeed, they could not make up for the few tenths of a second that their official motorisation still lacks on this season debut...

Busy preparing the European KZ1 Championship and the European qualifying rounds for KF2 and KF3, SRT will be far from idle in the coming days. But the taste of victory is the best of motivations for the team, which has already done a remarkable job on this season debut.
